World leaders specialising in the development, design and manufacturing of large- and medium-calibre ammunition families within the field of artillery, mortar and infantry systems are currently seeking a Business Development and Strategy Manager to join their team.

The candidate would coordinate Business Development and Strategy Activities spanning across various industry sectors including Defence, Automotive and Renewable Energies.

Non –negotiable Requirements:

• A degree, in IT, business, engineering, or accounting (NQF 8)
• Strong track record with at least 3 years of experience in audit or in a large and dynamic management consulting firm
• Be self-motivated and organized with strong communication, presentation and team-building skills
• Experience in producing high caliber reports, papers, and presentations
• Knowledge and interest in Automotive, Defence and Renewable related areas or topics
• Strong project management and personnel management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary

Functional expertise in the following areas:

• Growth strategies
• Market entry assessments
• Portfolio reviews
• Strategic options analysis
• Commercial due diligence
