A prominent organization within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors is seeking a skilled Business Improvement Coordinator to steer cross-functional projects, optimize inventory, and implement operational excellence methodologies. What You'll Do: Lead and coordinate business improvement projects across multiple African countries. Drive inventory optimisation and enhance working capital management. Implement Lean and Operational Excellence practices to standardise processes. Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports to track progress. Facilitate change management and build operational capabilities. Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to unify best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in business improvement, operations, or supply chain management. Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain planning. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and analytics. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in industries such as Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
