POSITION INFO:
A global leader in the mining and materials processing sector is seeking a Business Line Manager to drive the growth of its mobile crushing and screening division across Africa.

This is a senior, strategic role for a commercially strong leader who can manage distributors, grow market share, and lead high-value equipment and aftermarket sales across the region.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in senior sales, key account management, or business development within the mining or construction industries
Proven experience managing high-value accounts and distributor networks
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level
Willingness to travel extensively across Africa (±50%)
Valid driver’s license and passport

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Drive Africa-wide growth strategy for mobile crushing and screening solutions
Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned to revenue and profitability targets
Build and manage relationships with distributors, customers, and key stakeholders
Oversee both capital equipment and aftermarket sales performance
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline delivery
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Align with internal teams across service, marketing, and product divisions
Lead performance, engagement, and development initiatives within the team
