Business Manager

SUMMARY:
A rapidly growing business who is the first-of-its-kind in its industry is currently seeking for a Business Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate needs to manage rapid growth and change whilst simultaneously innovate and improve our operations and customer experience.

POSITION INFO:

The successful applicant duties include but is not limited to:
-Management of the day-to-day operations business, facility and team
-Leadership of your middle management team and mentoring and guiding as necessary
-Improve operational efficiency in process and systems.
-Improve customer experience
-Meet or exceed all financial and operational targets
-Coordinating with internal + external stakeholders to ensure business targets are achieved (Includes Pricing, Marketing and Management).
Minimum Requirements:
-A degree in finance or business and preferably an MBA.
-5 years minimum experience in an operational business role.
-At least four years’ experience in managing a medium to large team.
