Intermediate/Senior Business Process Analyst - Demand Project - Fully Remote

POSITION INFO:

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST: DEMAND PROJECT
-FOODS GROUP-
(6 MONTHS CONTRACT)

• To analyse and design the TO BE Business Processes for the Implementation phase on the Demand Project
• To analyse and compare the AS IS and TO BE Business Processes to identify gaps and change impacts
• To monitor, measure and improve TO BE Processes during the Expansion Phases of the Demand Project
• Expected deliverables include:
• Activity-level Business Process Maps and RACIs
• AS IS and TO BE Comparison Matrix
• Gap and Change Impact Assessments, to support Transformation and Training

• Analyse the AS IS WILO (Week in the Life of)
• Identify and resolve any WILO gaps
• Map AS IS Processes and WILO to User Stories
• Participate in High Level Design
• Collaborate with IT BPAs
• Design TO BE Activity-level Business Processes
• Define Activity RACI
• Compare AS IS Processes and TO BE Processes to identify gaps and change impacts
• Support design of TO BE WILO
• Collaborate with Transformation and Training
• Conduct feedback cycle with Users to drive out continuous improvement
• Develop monitoring and measuring tracking tool to support continuous improvement

Minimum qualifications & experience

• Five years relevant process analyst experience
• Relevant 3 year tertiary or NQF aligned qualification
• Experience with large, fast-paced, interdependent projects
• Working knowledge of relevant methodology and tools e.g. Process modelling tools and methodologies.)
• Relevant retail industry experience an advantage
