Location: Pretoria, Gauteng Work Environment: Hybrid About the Role A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to drive enterprise-wide process optimisation, business analysis, automation and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work across multiple business areas to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, improve systems and customer experiences, and lead complex change and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business process analysis, mapping, optimisation and re-engineering initiatives. Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and operational improvement. Develop and implement enterprise-wide Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks, standards and governance. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements. Lead business analysis, system enhancement, integration, testing and automation initiatives. Develop business cases and recommendations for technology enablement and process automation. Drive change management , stakeholder engagement, user adoption and training. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through digital transformation and process enhancements. Analyse customer and operational data to support process and service improvements. Lead complex, cross-functional business process and technology transformation projects . Work closely with IT, business units and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions support long-term organisational objectives. Provide expert advice on process engineering, systems optimisation and continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree\/diploma in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Business Process Management or a related field. Relevant certification in Business Analysis, BPM and\/or Change Management . Minimum 5 years’ experience in: Business Analysis Business Process Design and Management IT Project Management and Implementation Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Change Management Data Analytics Proven experience applying process improvement methodologies , including Lean or Six Sigma. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational optimisation. Experience working on complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Advanced computer literacy and strong business and technical acumen. Advantageous Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt PMP or PRINCE2 certification Agile\/Scrum certification Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath or Blue Prism Experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation and systems integration 5–8 years’ experience leading complex organisation-wide process optimisation initiatives.
