You will play a critical role in analysing business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing impactful solutions. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between business and IT, this role offers strong exposure and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and solutions
Support system testing, implementation, and post-deployment optimisation
Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:

Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business, or related field

Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Experience working with business process analysis and system implementation
Exposure to stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of business systems, processes, and IT environments
Proficiency in relevant tools and systems

Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail
