SUMMARY:
We are sourcing for a Business Transformation Consultant - Finance role.

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for advising clients on strategic and tactical aspects of their business, with a focus on optimizing financial performance.
Work closely with clients to refine their existing strategy or develop a new one, considering competitive and market forces.
Requires a deep understanding of various financial planning and forecasting techniques, such as strategic planning, P&L and balance sheet planning, HR planning, capital planning, project planning, production and capacity planning, sales and operational planning, long-range forecasting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling.
The consultant must be able to identify performance gaps, implement change, and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations to address these gaps.
In essence, a Business Transformation Consultant in Finance plays a critical role in guiding clients through strategic and financial transformations, ensuring their long-term success and profitability.

Skills and Experience:

Strong Finance experience with background and experience in latest SAP system or Modules.
SAP S/4HANA knowledge and experience is a must.
Charted Accountant experience will be an added advantage.
8 plus years’ experience.
