Business development manager, East Rand
Technical sales - mining industry

POSITION INFO:
Business development manager, East Rand. Good technical sales expertise a MUST. Technical educational background will be an added advantage
Characteristics:
Remuneration:
- Strong sales experience in mining or construction equipment
- Good negotiating skills with clients in order to generate sales
- Good communication skills for site visits and tender briefing
- Must be willing to travel in order to achieve call reporting in outlying areas
- Background knowledge on mining machines is important
- Report writing skill is essential as weekly reports are compiled
- Must be knowledgeable on tender documents for offer requests
- In order for a machine to be delivered one needs to work with various departments, therefore a team player is essential.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative for paper work compilation
- Cold calling skill
- Must be fully computer literate
- Reliable vehicle
- Self-motivated
- Excellent health
