JOB SUMMARY:
Based on North Coast providing procurement support and manage RFQs for various divisions and business units and within the department''''''''s budgets; ensure strict adherence to procurement compliance processes

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Duties include:

-Establish and maintain an approved vendors list

-Handle the Request for Quotations (RFQ) processes as per the Procurement procedure

-Assist in sourcing of products and services.

-Ensure that goods and services purchased are at the best prices and conditions as per Order Requests

-Capture POs in the Company ERP System and maintain efficient filing systems

-Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with suppliers.

-Operate with the highest standards of integrity.

-Follow all the Company’s policies and procedures

Criteria:

-Procurement/ Logistics / Supply Chain Management Certificate (NQF6), Diploma or Degree

-Two years minimum experience in Procurement

-Computer literate with speed and accuracy

-Competence with ERP software, especially Oracle or Sage is an advantage
