Location: Roodeplaat, Gauteng
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 CTC per month (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Qetello Holdings is recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the HVAC and air-conditioning contracting sector based in Roodeplaat.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Procurement & Materials Buyer who has strong knowledge of air conditioning suppliers, material pricing, and technical procurement processes. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Sourcing HVAC and air-conditioning materials for service and installation projects
• Requesting supplier quotations and negotiating competitive pricing
• Managing procurement cost control and tracking material spend
• Preparing accurate quotations, BOQs, and tender costings
• Liaising with suppliers regarding lead times, compatibility, and availability
• Compiling purchase requests with required three-quote comparisons
• Monitoring project material usage against budget
• Supporting stock issuing and job-specific material preparation
• Maintaining accurate procurement records on internal systems

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
• 2–5 years experience in procurement, buying, or material sourcing
• HVAC / Air Conditioning industry experience is essential
• Proven experience with quotations, BOQ costing, or tender pricing
• Strong Excel skills and numerical accuracy
• Excellent supplier knowledge and negotiation ability
• High attention to detail, accountability, and organisation

Remuneration & Employment Terms

• Starting Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 CTC per month
• Subject to a probationary period of up to 6 months
• Performance review after 3–6 months
• Salary adjustments based on performance and business needs
