A is a premier luxury lifestyle estate located between Fourways and Lanseria in Johannesburg, South Africa. Spanning 2,000 acres (approximately 900 hectares), it stands as one of the largest residential estates in the country. Launched in decades ago, the development has attracted significant investment, with an initial R6.5 billion dedicated to infrastructure and an additional R5.5 billion for subsequent phases.

Reporting to the Senior Reporting Finance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the validity and proper authorisation of supplier invoices, preparing supplier reconciliations and remittance advice, and verifying audit lists for accuracy of bank details and amounts. It also includes vendor management by confirming alignment between vendor records and supporting documentation. Additionally, the role oversees operational CAPEX management, contributing to the preparation of budgets and forecasts to ensure financial alignment with development objectives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

ACMA /CGMA
Com degree in accounting
5 years relevant experience in a Plant / Manufacturing environment
Construction industry experience
Previous experience leading a team
