In South Africa, they are expanding its footprint in the video surveillance and CCTV market, delivering high-performance, scalable security solutions to commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.
 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CCTV Sales Manager to lead the growth and execution of the Company’s CCTV product portfolio.  This role is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, managing key customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of CCTV projects through strategic channel partners and direct clients.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in CCTV or electronic security system sales.
• Strong understanding of IP surveillance systems, installation environments, and solution-based sales.
• Experience managing partners, resellers, and system integrators within the security industry.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and basic project planning tools.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute the national CCTV sales strategy, including channel expansion, target setting, and go-to-market planning.
• Achieve KPIs in alignment with overall company objectives.

• Establish and grow relationships with installers, system integrators, distributors, and security solution providers.
• Develop partner enablement programs, pricing structures, and sales incentives tailored to the CCTV product range.

• Engage directly with key end users (retail, industrial, commercial sectors) to understand surveillance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations in coordination with pre-sales or technical teams.
• Oversee large project bidding, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Train and support channel partners, resellers, and installers on the company's CCTV product range.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's CCTV offerings.
• Work with internal technical teams to support installations, compatibility, and after-sales troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client- specific security requirements.
