POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
The perfect candidate will have an innate understanding of the franchising model, possess robust operational abilities, and be knowledgeable in FMCG retail
The CEO will manage all business aspects, including operations, franchise connections, staff, and strategy
This role demands a forward-thinking leader who can foster solid relationships with employees, franchisees, landlords, and other stakeholders to enhance profitability and grow the business
Guide and motivate an accomplished team, nurturing a culture of excellence, creativity, and responsibility
Track market trends and industry developments to pinpoint chances for expansion and adaptation
Ensure adherence to legal obligations, regulations, and internal company policies and benchmarks

Skills & Experience:
8 years’ experience with a proven track record of success in a senior management role
Thorough grasp of retail functions such as sales, marketing, inventory control, and distribution
Outstanding communication and people skills
Strategic mindset capable of forecasting market shifts and leveraging favorable circumstances
Proven leadership attributes

Qualification:
CA(SA) or CIMA, MBA or a BCom Degree and relevant experience
