ð Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the company’s financial planning and forecasting strategy ð
Own and optimize cash flow, capital structure, and fundraising initiatives ð¸
Oversee risk management, compliance, and governance across the group âï¸
Inspire and manage a high-performing finance team and stakeholder relationships ð¥ð£

ð Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: CA(SA) or equivalent qualification ð
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in senior financial leadership, ideally in tech or high-growth sectors ð
Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling, and Board reporting ð»ð
Non-negotiables: Strategic mindset, strong leadership presence, and the ability to operate at an executive level ð§ ð§‍ð¼
