Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a well-experienced CFO to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a well-experienced CFO to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Management of the Group finance function which includes reporting, budgets, tax, regulatory and governance and Group department functions such as Internal Audit and HR.
* Work closely with Group Heads of Department in order to provide actionable reporting that enables business decisions and to meet financial and strategic goals.
* Perform analyses to provide insights into areas of risk and opportunity to influence department decisions.
* Manage and be responsible for all group finance related projects.
* Management of working capital and cashflow requirements.
* Management, review and submission of the annual tax calculation for all group companies and manage SARS related queries for the group.
* Manage statutory audit for the Group.
* Responsible for the Group insurance function.
