POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is looking for a dynamic CFO to join their team in the Helderberg area.

Qualification requirements:

• Accountancy / Finance-related qualification.
• CA or CIMA qualification essential.

Experience required:

• Professional Accountant – CA or CIMA qualified.
• 7+ years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Must have Group Financial Manager working experience.

Qualities needed:

• Trustworthy and loyal.
• Attention to detail.
• Dynamic.

Financial Role:

Daily:

• Payment of invoices and expenses in online banking system.
• Recording of invoices and expenses in accounting program.

Monthly:

• Monthly fee calculations for invoices.
• Monthly management accounts preparation.
• VAT calculations and payment.
• Payroll management of external payroll.

Quarterly:

• Assistance in generating board reports and feedback.

Annually:

• Annual audit preparation and collating of financials.
• Tax calculations, returns and payments, VAT, Provisional VAT and PAYE.
• Employment Equity reporting.

Other:

• Managing the deadlines on reports.
• Annual insurance renewal documentation and research.

Area: Helderberg area (Somerset West / Strand).

Salary offered: Market Related

Starting date: As soon as possible.
