POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is looking for a dynamic CFO to join their team in the Helderberg area.

Qualification requirements:

Accountancy / Finance-related qualification.
CA or CIMA qualification essential.

Experience required:

Professional Accountant â€“ CA or CIMA qualified.
7+ yearsâ€™ working experience in a similar role.
Must have Group Financial Manager working experience.

Qualities needed:

Trustworthy and loyal.
Attention to detail.
Dynamic.

Financial Role:

Daily:

Payment of invoices and expenses in online banking system.
Recording of invoices and expenses in accounting program.

Monthly:

Monthly fee calculations for invoices.
Monthly management accounts preparation.
VAT calculations and payment.
Payroll management of external payroll.

Quarterly:

Assistance in generating board reports and feedback.

Annually:

Annual audit preparation and collating of financials.
Tax calculations, returns and payments, VAT, Provisional VAT and PAYE.
Employment Equity reporting.

Other:

Managing the deadlines on reports.
Annual insurance renewal documentation and research.

Area: Helderberg area (Somerset West / Strand).

Salary offered: Market Related

Starting date: As soon as possible.
