Duties:

Provide strategic financial input and direction to the Groups
Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
Financial management of the organization to include but not limited to the budget analysis, forecasting needs, daily accounting, and treasury operations
Provide financial discipline and business decision support to evaluate long term and short-term strategic business opportunities
Take responsibility for financial internal controls and successful completion of all financial and IT related audits
Ensure systems are implemented or adjusted as the group grows
Ensure compliance to financial statutory requirements of the group
Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Accounting
BCom Honours
CA(SA)

Experience:

10 to 15 years progressive post article experience in a project management environment.
Advanced IFRS knowledge
Tax knowledge,
General knowledge of other legislation affecting business
Commercial contracting experience (customers, suppliers, banks etc.)
African expansion and operational knowledge

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel skills
SAP knowledge
Ability to implement systems specific to project management, supply chain management and stock management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ethical
