SUMMARY:
Multi National Company based in the North of Johannesburg is in search of a CFO with a minimum of 10 years Financial Executive Experience who is a Qualified CA(SA) and comes from the Financial Services (Asset Based Finance) or Investment industries.

POSITION INFO:

Miminmum Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA) - NON - NEGOTIABLE
Experience from the Financial Services (Asset Based Finance ) or Investment Industries (NON - NEGOTIABLE)
Minimum of 10 years of Finance Executive experience
Must have Direct Capital Raising experience
Must have dealt with SPV
Must have managed and optimized Capital Markets and structured Finance experience
