SUMMARY:
A leading supplier/manufacturer of mechanical structural supports, power skirting and galvanised products requires the above to be responsible for all aspects of cost accounting, which includes budget and forecast preparation as well as overseeing the proper allocation of department costs.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

CIMA qualification is essential.
Minimum 3 years'' experience in a similar position.
A track record on SAGE X3 is essential.
Previous experience working on CASEWARE is advantageous.
Attention to detail and a high-level of accuracy is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing the costing system (SAGE X3) and ensuring that financial systems are fully reconciled.
Interpreting variance reports related to costing and assisting with various reports as required by management.
Assisting with inventory control and ensuring that stock is properly valued.
Compiling monthly management accounts with regards to manufacturing.
Reviewing of balance sheets and income statement reconciliations.
