COLLECTIONS OPERATIONS MANAGER 📍 Johannesburg, Gauteng | 💼 Banking \/ Financial Services | 📌 Permanent A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Collections Operations Manager to oversee credit, collections and recoveries operations, drive process improvements and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage credit, collections and recovery operations. Develop and implement collections strategies. Monitor portfolio performance, reports, trends and operational risks. Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement . Manage external collections agencies and SLAs. Analyse client financial information and credit-risk trends. Lead, coach and develop the collections team. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or Business Management . 4–6 years' experience in credit operations, collections, debt management or recoveries. Banking or financial services experience essential. Proven people-management experience . Experience in process optimisation and operational risk.
