POSITION INFO:
BIG AMBITION. COMMERCIAL FIREPOWER. EXECUTIVE IMPACT. Our client is ready for its next phase of growth and needs a driven C-suite leader who knows how to make it happen. This is not a role for someone who simply manages sales. We’re looking for a commercial powerhouse who can build the structure, mobilise the team and turn growth ambition into bottom-line results. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll shape the commercial strategy, transform the sales organisation, strengthen route-to-market capability, and unlock new opportunities across a competitive FMCG landscape. YOUR PLAYING FIELD Build a high-performance commercial engine across telesales, field sales, key accounts and national sales. Drive revenue, margins, pricing discipline and customer profitability. Strengthen distribution, cold-chain execution and retail partnerships. Win and grow strategic relationships with major retailers and national customers. Develop the structures, systems, KPIs and incentive models needed to scale sustainably. Lead from the front, challenge the status quo and turn strategy into execution. WHO ARE YOU? A commercially sharp, hands-on executive with 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a related sector. You understand cold-chain environments, know how to build winning sales teams and have the track record to prove you can grow a business profitably. You think like a strategist, act like an entrepreneur and lead with purpose, pace and accountability. READY TO OWN THE GROWTH AGENDA? If you have the commercial instinct to spot opportunities. Join this dynamic proactive team and take your career to new heights.
