CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ( CIVIL)

SUMMARY:
Masa Outsourcing is currently looking for a Construction Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management Develop, review, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Prepare and review project specifications, plans, and designs in collaboration with engineering teams. Ensure project milestones are completed on time and within budget constraints. Site Management and Supervision Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress. Stakeholder Communication Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for project alignment. Report project progress, issues, and changes to the Project Director. Address client needs and concerns, managing expectations and maintaining positive relationships. Safety and Compliance Implement and enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments and mitigate hazards associated with construction activities. Ensure all project activities comply with environmental guidelines and regulations. Budgeting and Cost Control Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Approve invoices, manage procurement, and negotiate with vendors for the best value. Prepare financial reports and track project costs, addressing any variances promptly. Key Requirements Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years in civil construction management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are advantageous. Diving License
