SUMMARY:
An experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist is required to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement across the organisation. The role focuses on applying the 20 Keys methodology, supporting teams through coaching and training, and ensuring all initiatives align with business, safety, and quality standards.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years’ experience in continuous improvement within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of the 20 Keys methodology.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is beneficial.
