POSITION INFO:
A market-leading, high-volume, product-driven business is looking for a COO to step into a pivotal executive role to elevate, optimise, and future-proof an already successful operation.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the operational engine of a business operating at significant scale across sourcing, branding, fulfilment, logistics, and technology.

ð What you’ll own:

End-to-end operational performance (logistics, fulfilment, warehouse, systems)
Scaling capability, systems, and infrastructure alongside growth
Driving process, system, and technology optimisation (ERP, WMS, etc.)
Building a high-performance leadership bench
Acting as the systemic thinker in a commercially driven executive team

This is not a traditional COO role.
You will:

Diagnose before acting — deeply understand before changing

Balance data, systems, and people leadership

Strong track record in scaling operations and redesigning systems
Deep analytical + people leadership capability
Comfortable owning technology and operational architecture
Commercially aware, but operationally world-class
