SUMMARY:

Prism Placements is looking for an ambitious and self-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join one of our property clients in a growing and entrepreneurial business.

POSITION INFO:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, manage and control diverse business operation and function.

Great people skills, excellent business acumen, outstanding work ethics and an inspiring leader is what the business is after.

Experience & Requirements:

CA(SA) – non-negotiable
Minimum 7-10 years post articles commercial exposure
Property experience is critical

Remuneration

R1.5M (neg) excluding bonus/incentives.
