CR 17123 - QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Reporting to the Director, in this role you will handle the following:

• Assist with tenders and procurement – manage processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare BOQs, cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies, as well as payment certificates and progress reports.
• Monitor costs, manage variations, and ensure projects remain within budget across multiple sites.
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements, and finalize project accounts upon completion.
