CR 17267 - WET TRADE FOREMEN (Senior & Junior)- Cape Town

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Senior Wet Trade Foreman will handle the following:

• Lead and oversee all wet trades, including bricklaying, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, and related works.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
• Plan and control material requirements for wet works — including accurate ordering, delivery management, and on-site usage — to minimize waste and control costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, addressing any issues or defects promptly to maintain high finishing standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Control teams to maintain seamless project progress.
• Monitor daily progress against programme timelines and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors to ensure all wet trade works meet design intent, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Assist in handover preparation, ensuring all wet work areas are completed, signed off, and ready for subsequent trades or final inspection
