CR 18293 - QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Reporting to the Director and Senior QS, the Quantity Surveyor will manage the following:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist in tendering processes, including compiling documentation, analyzing bids, and preparing tender reports
• Measure and value work completed on site, including preparation of interim payment certificates
• Monitor project costs and track expenditure against approved budgets
• Assess and process variations, claims, and payment applications from contractors and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and ensure cost alignment with work completed
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts
• Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including pricing comparisons and evaluations
• Maintain accurate financial records and cost reports for ongoing projects
• Identify potential cost risks and escalate issues to senior quantity surveyors or project managers
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective cost management
