CRM FUNCTIONAL LEAD CONSULTANT

SUMMARY:
Our client is currently ins search of appointment a CRM Functional Lead Consultant on a 3 month contract assignment with a possibility of a contract extention thereafter.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The objective of the engagement is to complete the full implementation of a helpdesk solution for a C-Level office using S/4 Service. The solution must manage requests from customers and external Stakeholders, categorize them, and route these requests to internal teams for executing within agreed SLA’s.

SCOPE OF THE SERVICES

• The candidate should have good knowledge of configuring Service Requests and SLA’s within S/4 (Customer) Service.
• The solution will be delivered using the WebUI so configuration of the Web UI is essential. Additionally, knowledge of organizational design using Organizational attributes is essential as the Service org must be built on the existing HR Org Structure.
• Finally, Multi-level categorization and configuration of checklists will also be required, and the candidate is expected to be able to complete all the configuration steps required for the end-to-end solution.
• The candidate must be able to write technical and functional specifications for ABAP development on the S/4 system and guide the engaged developers in their build of these requirements.

• Experience with SAP CRM, S/4HANA Service, and BW/4HANA.
• Consultant should also have extensive experience in SAP ABAP development in support of S/4HANA and CRM solutions.
• Will also be helpful to have experience in SAP Project management as this candidate will be expected to lead the ABAP development resources assigned to build the specifications that the resource will develop.
