CRM Manager - Gauteng - Pretoria

POSITION INFO:

Our client within the Motor Industry, is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team based in Pretoria.

You will be responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations, and Consumer Relation strategies. Your main focus will be on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary degree i.e. Marketing
  
• Grade 12
  
• Must have 3-5 years experience in a senior client services management role
  
• Ability to manage marketing projects
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Customer-oriented
  
• Proven relationship building skills
• Computer literate
  
• Motor industry experience
