SUMMARY:
Customer Relations Manager - Johannesburg - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our client within the Motor Industry, is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg.

You will be responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations, and Consumer Relation strategies. Your main focus will be on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary degree i.e. Marketing
• Grade 12
• Must have 3-5 years experience in a senior client services management role
  
• Ability to manage marketing projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented
• Proven relationship building skills
• Computer literate
• Motor industry experience

• Maintain an ongoing relationship with key customers
• Build trusting relationships with clients
• Monitor relationships with existing clients through CRM systems.
• Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers.
• Set marketing strategies to retain customers
• Plan and handle all marketing campaigns
• Create new methods to address customers'' needs
• Keep track of marketing trends
• Protect and promote the company for a positive image
