SUMMARY:
Customer Relations Manager - Johannesburg - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our client within the Motor Industry, is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg.

You will be responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations, and Consumer Relation strategies. Your main focus will be on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary degree i.e. Marketing
Grade 12
Must have 3-5 years experience in a senior client services management role
Ability to manage marketing projects
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented
Proven relationship building skills
Computer literate
Motor industry experience

Duties (but not limited to):

Maintain an ongoing relationship with key customers
Build trusting relationships with clients
Monitor relationships with existing clients through CRM systems.
Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers.
Set marketing strategies to retain customers
Plan and handle all marketing campaigns
Create new methods to address customers'' needs
Keep track of marketing trends
Protect and promote the company for a positive image
