CTS 17427 - Sales Manager (Mechatronics) – JHB North

Your job responsibilities will be the following:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales representatives, key account managers, internal sales coordinators, and technical sales engineers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development plans.
• Create a positive, accountable, high-performance sales culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, OEMs, contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and EPC companies.
• Drive customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up, technical support, and value-added service.
• Understand engineering drawings, production processes, and manufactured components (mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical).
• Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality departments to ensure accurate costing, feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries (manufacturing, mining, energy, automotive, food & beverage, utilities, OEMs, engineering firms).
• Grow the company’s footprint within existing accounts through cross-selling and solution-based selling.
• Oversee sales budgets, pricing strategies, discount structures, and profitability.
