This is a hands-on hybrid role combining internal commercial execution and external business development in a technical, long-cycle sales environment; thus, we are looking for someone who can grow into a hybrid commercial role in a founder-led business.

This role offers real responsibility, founder access, and long-term growth!

Your responsibilities will be the following below:

CRM ownership and follow-ups
Quotes and commercial coordination
Margin protection
Consultant, engineer, and contractor engagement

Qualifications

Matric
Technical qualification is advantageous

Skills

Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in technical/industrial B2B sales/commercial and operations
Experience coming from adjacent technical or engineering-led industries
Experience in sales, commercial operations, or project environments
Strong written proposals; CRM discipline
Valid Driver’s licence and Own Reliable Vehicle
