- Soft skills
- Computer and MS Office Literate (Administrative Certificate) Â Â Â Â
Preferred Qualification:
- ITIL Foundation V3
- A+
- N+
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of administrative work experiences via Service Desk.
- Call Coordinating or similar.

- Call Management
- Administration
- Reporting
- Quality control
- SLA Management
- Direct User communication verbally and written
Personality and Attributes:
- Good communication skills and fluent in English verbally and written
