Campaign Operations Associate Director

SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Campaign Operations Associate Director to lead a dynamic campaign execution team within retail media. Drive operational excellence by overseeing end-to-end campaign delivery, optimizing processes, and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships. POSITION INFO:

Own, document, and continuously improve campaign processes from booking through reporting
Manage 3rd-party digital and print media partners ensuring SLA compliance
Troubleshoot delivery, compliance, and reporting challenges
Act as the client’s gatekeeper to align bookings and creative with guidelines, minimizing revisions
Collaborate with Media, Insights, and Platform teams to integrate solutions and boost efficiency
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance and initiatives
Build trusted relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders
Proactively resolve issues to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Mentor and develop Campaign Managers/Executives on client-facing execution

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Degree-level education required
Proven experience in retail media campaign management or execution (retailer or agency)
Demonstrated line management experience leading teams
Expertise in retail media platforms and planning
Strong client advisory skills with a solution-focused and confident approach
Ability to constructively challenge and improve processes in a fast-paced setting
