Company & Job Description

Our Client, who is a strong competitor in their sector, is looking to hire a Store Manager who will be located in Galway, Ireland. Apart from their renowned brand, they are proud of their dynamic company culture. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the designated store/s.

Duties:

Upskill Assistant Manager & Trainee Manager staff
Liaise with head office when required
Respond directly to any customer complaints & employee relations
Be aware of laws to ensure that the store/s operates within the guidelines
Meet targets around food costs, labour costs, customer count, QSC Audit etc.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Supervisory experience from relevant industry (i.e., Catering, hospitality or food industries) required

High Customer Service

Flexible working hours required (i.e., weekends, nights etc.)
