JOB SUMMARY:
Car Rental Customer Service Agent
Western Cape, Cape Town, Cape Town International Airport.
R 5 000 – R 9 000 Basic + Commission + Overtime

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a busy and thriving Car Rental Company is looking for young, bubbly, and vivacious individuals to assist with Customer Relations. Your duties will include; welcoming both local and international guests with welcome boards and directing them through the airport, offering this company’s services at the terminals and outside the branch as well as engaging with existing and potential new clients.

We are looking for individuals with a good command of the English Language, a strong personality that are unafraid to converse with and engage with all types of people.

To apply you will need at least 6 months of Recent promotional, hosting, or face-to-face customer service experience, a valid Drivers License, and good computer skills.

SHIFT WORK POSITION
You will need the following documents, skills, and experience to apply.

A recent photograph of yourself
Copy of Drivers License
Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References
6 months of Recent promotional, hosting, or face-to-face customer service experience.
Strong people skills
Good command of the English Language
Good Computer Skills
Must be extremely well groomed
Must be able to multitask and handle problems efficiently
