JOB SUMMARY:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Diploma in Hospitality Management
4+ years of hospitality/hotel management experience
Proficient in MS Office Packages

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for:

Payroll and Human Capital reporting and administration is compiled and submitted to
assigned HC Administrator by stipulated deadlines.
Performance is monitored and reviewed at stipulated times
Project revenue and costs are managed in accordance with budget, so that GP is achieved
Activities are planned annually and reviewed quarterly
Cash procedures are maintained and variances in cash investigated and resolved
Cash purchases are minimised and justified
