What You’ll Do:

Lead change management strategies for key projects and programs.
Partner with stakeholders to assess readiness, define impact, and build adoption plans.
Manage project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
Develop communication and training plans to support smooth transitions.
Monitor progress, measure success, and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in change management and project management.
Strong knowledge of change frameworks OCM Methodology
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP are highly desirable
