An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Change Management Specialist to support a leading business in driving successful organisational transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, process, and performance, who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record in managing complex change projects.

Working closely with project teams, HR, and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing, supporting, and guiding teams through change journeys—ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and tactical support for change initiatives
• Develop change management plans including communication, training, and coaching strategies
• Assess organisational readiness and change tolerance/fatigue
• Support and build internal change capability across the business
• Collaborate with communication, HR, and project teams to implement change strategies
• Conduct change readiness assessments and post-implementation reviews
• Coach line managers through people-impacting changes
• Monitor change load and identify potential risks to ensure smooth transitions

Key Requirements:

• B.A. in Psychology or Social Science (essential)
• 3–5 years’ experience in a change management role
• Minimum of 2 years in a project-driven environment
• Advanced facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong stakeholder relationships
• High levels of organisational awareness and customer responsiveness
