About the role

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities As the Senior Change Practitioner, you will: Lead the planning, design and implementation of change management strategies across multiple projects. Apply structured change management methodologies aligned with organisational standards. Conduct organisational readiness, change impact and training needs assessments. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership alignment strategies. Design and implement adoption, learning and change sustainability plans. Identify and manage resistance to change while supporting successful business adoption. Develop change dashboards, metrics and reporting to measure programme effectiveness. Support programme leadership by providing change insights, recommendations and decision-making information. Manage change across multiple concurrent initiatives while mitigating change saturation. Contribute to go-to-market and business adoption strategies for programme deliverables. Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience 8-12 years' experience in Change Management. Proven experience delivering change within large-scale programmes or complex multi-project environments. Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and organisational communication. Experience in the financial services, banking, payments or regulated industries will be advantageous. Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience developing change metrics, dashboards and executive reporting. Ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels without direct authority. Strong leadership support and facilitation capabilities. High levels of professionalism, accountability and delivery focus. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex and evolving environments.
