SUMMARY:
Channel Key Account Manager

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:

Manage and grow distributor, reseller, and partner relationships
Drive revenue through sell-in and sell-through strategies
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, margins, rebates, incentives)
Develop and execute channel strategies aligned to business goals
Monitor partner performance, stock, and sales trends
Forecast demand and align stock with channel needs
Mitigate risks (overstocking, slow-moving inventory)
Support partner sales teams to drive adoption
Ensure consistent execution across the channel

Non-negotiable requirements:

3 – 5 years’ proven experience in channel sales / key account management (distribution s reseller environment)
Strong understanding of distribution models and partner ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to manage pricing, margins, and commercial agreements
Experience driving sell-through performance (not just sell-in)
Strong analytical capability (Excel/data-driven decision making)
Experience within consumer electronics, ICT, or networking sectors
