Position Overview:

A multinational research-focused healthcare company in the Medical Devices and Diagnostics industry is seeking to appoint an Alliance /Channel Partner Lead.

The Alliance Partner Lead is responsible for the entire Business Partner / Wholesaler Management Lifecycle from initial Selection, Contracting, On Boarding and Training, Performance Review and Monitoring to Contract Termination and transition in compliance with established internal policies, guidelines, and standards.

One will prepare for and participate in periodic business partner evaluations, thereafter, co-create strategies with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and commercial activities with Business Partners.

Essential Knowledge:

• End to end Business Partner Lifecycle Management experience within the Healthcare Industry
• Healthcare 3PL Environment
• Safety Health and Environment
• GxP – (GDP) Good Distribution Practices, (GSP) Good Storage Practices, (GPV) Good Pharmaco- Vigilance Practices.
• Governance and Compliance
• Commercial and Business Acumen

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

• A completed Master’s degree (Post Graduate Qualification) in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Economics, Economics
• Project Management experience
• 5 - 7 Years’ experience working with Business Partners / Distributors, Business Partners Management in Healthcare environments
• Experience leading and coaching teams in Sales and Operations Planning
• Regional ssA Sales experience
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally
• Be able to stand for long periods while facilitating the workshops
