POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and key stakeholders Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards Analyse business performance and present actionable financial insights Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles Manage audits and collaborate with external auditors Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and cost optimisation initiatives Implement and enhance financial controls, governance, and risk management processes Lead and develop finance teams while promoting a high-performance culture Support organisational growth through commercial and operational decision-making Minimum Requirements Qualifications BCom Accounting, Financial Management, or a related finance qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) Skills and Experience Experience in financial management, reporting, business partnering, FP&A, audit or commercial finance Strong understanding of IFRS, financial controls, and corporate governance Ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights Proven stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms Strong analytical mindset with a commercially focused approach Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of driving results Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
