SUMMARY:

A wellâestablished industrial solutions provider is seeking a Valve Sales Lead to take ownership of sales strategy and revenue growth across chemical processing plants, power generation facilities, and heavy industrial clients. This role is ideal for a technically strong sales professional with deep knowledge of valve applications and highâvalue engineered solutions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical partner to clients, leading complex sales engagements and supporting longâterm project and maintenance requirements.

POSITION INFO:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience in technical valve sales within chemical and/or power generation environments
Strong understanding of industrial valves (control, isolation, safety, actuation and automated valve solutions)
Demonstrated success in business development, key account management, and solutionâbased selling
Ability to engage with engineers, plant managers, procurement and maintenance teams
Experience managing long sales cycles, tenders, and largeâvalue projects
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to overall sales strategy
Willingness to travel to client sites as required

Education:

Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar (advantageous)
Strong technical sales background may substitute formal qualification

Advantageous:

Experience supplying valves into chemical plants, refineries, or power stations
Knowledge of valve standards and specifications (API, ANSI, ASME, ISO, etc.)
Established industry network within chemical or power generation sectors
