SUMMARY:
We are seeking an in-house registered Industrial Psychologist to join our Executive Committee as Chief Behavioural Engineer, directing our Talent and Performance engines with the same analytical rigor our engineering and finance teams bring to operations.

Direct the Talent and Performance leads to engineer high-velocity sourcing, onboarding, skill matrix mapping, and discipline systems. Requirements: Registered Industrial\/Organisational Psychologist with proven in-house corporate experience and a track record of extreme operational ownership (no lifetime consultants).
