A leading consulting and data-driven business is seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team.
 
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven executive to lead business growth, shape market strategy, strengthen strategic partnerships, and build a high-performing commercial function across multiple markets.
 
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will take ownership of the organisation's commercial strategy, sales performance, client growth, marketing and brand positioning.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall commercial and go-to-market strategy. Drive sustainable revenue growth across the business portfolio. Lead and inspire a high-performing commercial and sales team. Build strategic relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders. Oversee marketing, brand and communications to strengthen market presence. Identify and commercialise new business opportunities. Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure high-value contracts. Ensure operational excellence through effective sales processes, CRM management and commercial governance. Manage departmental budgets and deliver measurable business performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field. MBA will be advantageous. 10-15 years' executive-level experience in commercial leadership, CRM and new business development. Minimum 7 years' experience leading high-performing professional teams. Experience within consulting, research, business intelligence or data analytics environments will be highly advantageous. Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth. Strong strategic sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
