Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and partner with the CEO and executive team to drive business growth.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and financial controls.
• Lead capital planning and financial evaluation of major mining projects and investments.
• Manage financial risk, optimize cost structures, and support operational efficiencies.
• Lead and develop the finance team while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with the Board, investors, and external partners.

• Education:
  • Chartered Accountant – CA(SA) (non-negotiable).
• Experience:
  • Extensive senior financial leadership experience.
  • Strong exposure to the mining, resources, or heavy industrial sector.
  • Proven experience operating at an executive level and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large finance teams and complex financial environments.
  • Experience with capital projects, financial modelling, and strategic planning.
