• Education:
  
  • MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Insights
  • Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling (advantageous)
• Experience:
  
  • 12+ years in insights/consulting, including 5+ years leading teams in product‑led research, CX, or strategy
  • Proven success in African markets and AI‑driven transformation
  • Strong track record in C‑suite engagement and revenue growth
• Skills:
  
  • Hybrid leadership—coaching teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
  • Ability to work in matrix structures with Data Science/Tech divisions
  • Deep understanding of ESOMAR ethics, predictive advisory, and insight commercialisation
