We’re looking for a Head of Client Partners (Chief Insights Orchestrator) to lead a highâimpact transformation—elevating client partnerships from traditional research delivery to AIâaugmented, strategic advisory excellence across Africa.

POSITION INFO:

This role leads the evolution of 3 client partners and their teams into futureâready advisors who blend human expertise with AIâpowered storytelling. You will partner closely with data sciences leadership to shape productâled growth across key sectors, including telco, banking, retail, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the evolution of client partners into AIâenabled strategic advisors through structured 120âday upskilling roadmaps
Orchestrate collaboration with Data Sciences to embed predictive models into client journeys and ROIâdriven storytelling
Drive Câsuite relationships, enhancing retention and expansion through continuous insight and sentiment monitoring
Align crossâfunctional roadmaps with Product and Data Science teams. Convert multiâsource insights into influential content
Set KPIs, governance, and agile feedback loops that ensure a highâperforming humanâAI hybrid advisory capability

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Insights
- Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling (advantageous)
Experience:
- 12+ years in insights/consulting, including 5+ years leading teams in productâled research, CX, or strategy
- Proven success in African markets and AIâdriven transformation
- Strong track record in Câsuite engagement and revenue growth
Skills:
- Hybrid leadership—coaching teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
- Ability to work in matrix structures with Data Science/Tech divisions
- Deep understanding of ESOMAR ethics, predictive advisory, and insight commercialisation
Nonânegotiables:
- Passion for evolving traditional research into techâenhanced strategic value
- Ability to merge human insight with AIâpowered outputs to influence executive decisionâmaking
